Pastoral Reorganisation
As part of the long-awaited public consultation about pastoral re-organisation, we are required to make the following announcement
“A Notice giving the objects of proposed pastoral reorganisation affecting this parish has or will be displayed near the main door and on the Church of England website. The Notice includes the last date by which representations regarding the proposed reorganisation may be made to the Church Commissioners.”
 
Kinkiizi Lent Appeal
Kinkiizi has suffered from severe rains and flooding recently and the newly built medical staff house needs a retaining wall to protect it.  It would be great to raise £2000 for this. Please put money on plate provided. 
 
Burton Primary School
The school will be holding their Easter service in St Luke’s church on Friday 31 March
 
Easter Flowers
If you would like to make a donation towards the church Easter flowers at St Luke’s, in memory of a loved one, please give your donation to Judy.
 
Holy Week
Maundy Thursday:
Frugal Supper at Stanpit Village Hall at 6:30; can anyone who wants to go, please let Bernie know so we can give All Saints numbers.
 
Good Friday:     
10:00 am. Walk of Christian Witness: Starting at All Saints Church Mudeford, visiting local landmarks and ending with Hot Cross Buns in All Saints Church grounds.
 
2.00 pm The last hour at the Cross. With Revd. Stephen Startup at St Johns Church Purewell
 
Sopley
There will be weddings on Thurs 30 March and Sunday 2 April. There is a funeral on Friday 5th April. On Good Friday there will be an hour’s reflection before the cross at 11am.
The Sopley Parish Giving Scheme now has a QR code which can be scanned by a mobile phone, which will be directed to the church parish giving scheme.
